What is TechChange?
TechChange is a matchmaking arrangement sponsored by the Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. TechChange always takes place in connection with larger industrial fairs and exhibitions in Denmark.
 
The objective of TechChange is to facilitate contacts between Danish companies and companies from developing countries. These contacts may at a later stage result in co-operations, e.g.:
 
q       Transfer of know-how and technology from Denmark to the company abroad
q       Trade between the companies in question
q       A long-term co-operation between the two companies e.g. in connection with Danida’s Private Sector Development Programme. 

 

 

Facilities for you to attend TechChange

The Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the entire TechChange programme. The invitation covers expenses for one company repre­sentative, who has the authority to negotiate on behalf of the company. The expenses covered include

q       Return air ticket (economy),
q       Hotel accommodation and meals
q       Local transportation for fair purpose
q       Stand or space at the exhibition site
q      Phone, email and fax facilities at exhibition site
q      Assistance from relevant industry associations for arranging meeting
